Hispanic Heritage Concert
Dear community,
We are thrilled to announce the upcoming event that will mark the spectacular conclusion of Hispanic Heritage Month celebrations. Get ready to witness the debut of the Hispanic Youth Chamber Orchestra! This talented group of young musicians, aged between 14 and 20, is determined to enrich our local music scene with their innovative performance.
The highlight of the night will be the performances by two exceptional soloists, both trained in the ranks of El Sistema Texas and with only one year of formal musical training. Avril Carrillo will take us on an emotional journey as she interprets the third movement of Rieding’s “Concerto for Orchestra in B Major.” On the other hand, Adrian Gonzalez, a master of the cello, will captivate us with Vivaldi’s “Concerto in C Major.” These pieces are true gems of virtuosity, further highlighting the astonishing evolution of these young musicians in their short but brilliant careers.
Save the date and join us for a night filled with music and passion!
